He went out of his way in many respects to ensure I understood what had to be done on my car and hustled to get parts for a large repair job, so as to save me the inconvenience of having to leave the car overnight. In addition to that he showed concern for my time by quickly arranging a loaner vehicle for the day for me, just so I didn't have to spend my whole work day, trying to work on my laptop from your waiting room.
