Mamdouh Aziz was the first salesman to approach me for assistance. We sat down at his desk and I explained my unique circumstances for having to purchase a new vehicle. It felt like I was talking to a friend, not a salesman. I was initially very concerned about the price and payments and Mamdouh found several vehicles on the very low end of the price spectrum and showed me what my monthly payments would be. We left it at that on the first visit and I felt very confident that a Wrangler was on the horizon for me. I returned a few days later... (BTW, I was not pestered with a phone call or email- Ive heard that happens often from car salesmen) After giving it more thought, I decided to go with a Jeep with more options because after he showed me the numbers, $1000 dollars more in options only equated to apx $16 more a month based on my down payment and interest rate. So he found a whole new set of vehicles for me based on my new specs. Based on what I wanted, the nearest dealership with it in stock as in Virginia. He jumped right on it and had it delivered to Flemington very quickly. Mamdouh found me a Jeep that was even better then what I was expecting to drive away with at a very reasonable price. I went back to the dealership and Denis, George and Medhat could not have been nicer and kinder to me. My 100% satisfaction was their highest priority. They found me a new Dodge Journey with the fesatures I couldn't live without and 3 days later drove out in my new Dodge Journey. George took car of the exchange transaction and all I had to do was return the car I didn't want and drive off in my new Journey. He even programmed the navigation for me. That is service!!! More
