I found Lou through True Car.com and he set me up with a test drive, including many of the features of the Cherokee Limited I was considering. When I was ready to purchase I had a specific configuration I wanted which seemed to be rare among the online inventories I was checking. I asked Lou to find the car and he couldn't but he offered a slightly better version and he was able to match the True Car price. We agreed via email, I made a deposit that day and he found the car the next day one state away and had it transferred and ready for pickup within the week. Lou took me though all the features and there were many to learn on this car. He turned me over to Aziz the business manager and we took care of the paperwork in under 20 minutes and I was on my way.
