The vehicle had been pulled to the front parking lot and was ready for me to test drive upon arrival at the dealership. Dave took me for a great test drive both on highway and back roads to really get a sense of what the Jeep could do. Dave was thorough in explaining the many features that come with the car and even made the negotiating process fun. I financed through them and I got an offer that was acceptable, but as I was ready to walk out the door at 8PM the computer shot out a better off so they chased me down, shredded my old paperwork, and gave me a new (WAY BETTER) deal. As a matter of fact they couldn't find a book for the UConnect system and that didn't really bother me, but this morning (3 days later) George called me and told me he had one and was FEDEXing it to me. Great people who really care about their customers. How can you beat it? More

Eder spent a lot of time going over all the bells and whistles on our new van so that i would be comfortable on the long drive home. He and Aziz were very patient with all my questions regarding the vehicle and financing.We got our van on Saturday and have already recommended them to several friends.
