Fantastic We went to a couple of Dodge dealerships near us to check out the 2015 challenger. I'm guessing since we were ordering the vehicle instead of buying a 2014 off their lot, we were given prices that were absolutely absurd. My wife's parents recommend that we go to Flemington. So, we took the 45 minute ride and met with Mamdouh. He is great!!! He is friendly, helpful and knows his product very well. We told him what we were looking for, so he went online and built the vehicle to our specifications. I had been doing my homework on the 2015 scat pack for a year and I was very pleased to see that Mamdouh was very familiar with the specs on the vehicle. When he told us what we would pay with our trade, I didn't even haggle, because I knew we were getting a fair price. My wife and I were so excited to finally have the car ordered and couldn't wait for it to arrive. We were so happy with Mamdouh's customer service, we went back two weeks later to see him about leasing a 2015 Jeep Cherokee latitude. Again, we were given a fair price and good money on our trade. Medhat handled our financing. He was friendly and did a great job explaining all of the details. My wife and I love both of our vehicles. I tell everyone how fantastic Mamdouh and The Flemington Dodge Chrysler Jeep team are. I trust them so much, that I take the 45 minute ride to get service done rather than one of the local dealerships. More

Got me a Hellcat I have been dealing with George Vdokakes and the Service team at Flemington for several years and when I decided that I wanted Hellcat, I stopped by t I have been dealing with George Vdokakes and the Service team at Flemington for several years and when I decided that I wanted Hellcat, I stopped by to see him. "Not a chance" was George's opening line, "impossible to get" - well at least he was upfront and honest!!! But I persisted and when the time was right, George took my order and said "don't hold your breath" - there's that upfront honesty again!! Imagine my surprise when out of the blue, George called to say that we had the VIN - not sure who was the most excited, me or him. George tracked the order and kept me advised regularly and minutes after the truck at Flemington arrived he sent me a photo of my new car. Absolutely delighted with the service at Flemington - its a pleasure doing business there with no "Dealership xx". More

Flemington RAM beats all other hands down I had a MAJOR issue with my brand new vehicle and the manufacturer was completely useless. However, Flemington RAM stepped in and supported me and we I had a MAJOR issue with my brand new vehicle and the manufacturer was completely useless. However, Flemington RAM stepped in and supported me and we mutually came up with a solution that removed my problem vehicle out of the equation. Words are just words but actions are louder. These guys do what they say and they proved to me that they want their customers happy. Denis, Chris, Kevin, Renny and Justin are class acts. They went to the owners on my behalf and they realized my issues were legit. They gained a customer for life and I tell my story to all I know so I'm sure this will come back to them in spades. Following the sale, the car was delivered completely detailed with a full tank of gas and an extension of the warranty as part of being a certified pre-owned vehicle.
