He went thru all the details of the car and was very knowledgeable with all of the cars buttons and computer. With no exaggeration, waited almost 3 hours to get into finance. Once there, I was in no mode for the sales pitch on extras and was in and out in only 15 minutes. Which begs the question on what the hold up was. Only saw 2 other customers in dealership at the time and never any customers at finance desk when I walked by numerous times. Wanted desperately to leave and just put a damper on the great job Eddie and Alex did. Eddie kept checking for me, but was out of his control. More
