I left there feeling very dicouraged! Purchasing a new vehicle should be exciting and I cannot say enough about Robin and Christa at Flemington Cadillac! Not only was there absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle, but their friendliness and care was outstanding! They made me feel comfortable, worked hard to negotiate for the price I really wanted (even though their price was excellent going into it), took their time with me and even had the vehicle cleaned and detailed without even knowing if I was going to buy the car! I also have to say I was greatly appreciative of their honesty. The vehicle I had purchased originally had a faulty engine. That would be enough to scare most buyers away. However, they had no problem discussing this with me, showing the paperwork to evidence that not only had a new engine been put in by GM, but that it was under warranty. It made me so confident to purchase this vehicle and I am so glad I did! They also took the time to sit with me in the car and go over all of the features this vehicle had and it was a lot. Should I ever need to purchase another vehicle again, they will be my first choice. And also because Robin and Christa made this such a positive experience for me I will definitely be going back to get my car serviced there as well. More

I contacted her late in the evening and she answered her phone and went through the pickup in detail. I contacted her back that evening letting her know I wanted the truck. When she arrived at her office the next morning she called me to get a credit card # for down payment. I did a money transfer the next day and flew that Friday from Chicago to New York. She arranged transportation to have me picked up at New York and taken to her dealership in Flemington. I had pizza with the staff after a simple 15 minutes of paperwork. I was on my way with an exceptionally clean vehicle full of gas, exactly the way Crista explained its condition. Flawless. I am very pleased with the lengths that Flemington went through to get me to the vehicle, and the purchase price was actually over $1,000.00 less than I had anticipated compared to its retail price shown in NADA.
