I am literally going to do the work they are offering to do for free because i want it actually done correctly and it would be quicker for me. completely inept service department. I had to bring my truck do for free because i want it actually done correctly and it would be quicker for me. completely inept service department. I had to bring my truck in to replace mirror motor 3 times before they were able to agree that it wasn't working. I brought the truck to repair the glowing grill emblem more times than i can count. being told it was fixed when it wasn't multiple times. to finally get it fixed except they replaced red logo with black logo. puddle lights same story as grill light. multiple visits only to get it replaced with the wrong part. I don't care if you want to make it right I am tired of taking time out of my day to bring my truck in and wait while they continuously fail to complete the task. do yourself a favor stay far away. at a shop rate of $200/hr your better off going literally anywhere else. if they are this bad vanity repair i would NEVER let them work on safety or power train.
