The worst customer service I have ever had purchasing a new car, terrible communication I have been put on hold for over half an hour at a time, left messages with no return calls left email with no retu new car, terrible communication I have been put on hold for over half an hour at a time, left messages with no return calls left email with no return emails salesman left on vacation when my car was due to come in and left me hanging with no one to communicate with. The courtesy delivery dealership had to get in contact with your dealership since no one would return my calls was told to drive my car with expired tags because of slow title work. I would NEVER purchase from dealership again. More

Wired a deposit for a new Corvette. Tried multiple times to reach a person to discuss over a 10 day period could not get a person to return my calls or emails. Worst experience ever. It wasn't until I sent an email demanding a refund that I got a call and all that was said was, "where do you want your refund sent", no explanation, no apology. Beware “buying” from this dealership. This dealership does not honor their word. Called and they had a truck in transit. After discussing everything they were given all my information to include a credit card to take a deposit. Was told the truck was mine, and the system had my name on it. Fast forward several days, I was told that I was no longer able to purchase the truck. The general manager sold the vehicle to someone else. Initially I was told the GM just didn’t mark it in the system as sold but after further talks with another GM who stated this market is crazy and said they have been receiving calls from all over the county with offers for serval thousand over sticker price. It was apparent their greed took over and they do whatever they want. They don’t honor their word, and it clearly means nothing. I passed several trucks that became available because I was told the truck was mine. Use caution when dealing with them. More
