We did everything over the phone, which was good. Unfortunately we were basically lied too by the seller. My wife had a Chevy traverse and asked the seller if the GMC Acadia was the same size as the traverse and he stated yes. My wife wanted something the same size, or bigger, not smaller. Then when the vehicle got delivered, it was smaller than the traverse. My wife was not happy. She got in, drove it a little to see if she liked it, but she did not due to the face that it was smaller. At this time, we felt like our backs were against the wall and had no choice but to take the vehicle. Im sorry, but the seller should have known the Acadia was smaller than the traverse and should have been honest with us and not lied just to make a sale. If the seller was honest with my wife and told her that the Acadia was smaller than the traverse, she would have told him that she did not want the Acadia. She would have tried for another traverse, or something different. We will NEVER deal with this dealership again and will not be recommending this dealership to any family member, or friend looking for a new vehicle.
