Stay away from this dealer ! !! Crooks !!.. Made me an offer on my Mercedes SL for 14K.. 3weeks later when I came into buy his car and trade my 2002 TBird along with it..He renege !! Crooks !!.. Made me an offer on my Mercedes SL for 14K.. 3weeks later when I came into buy his car and trade my 2002 TBird along with it..He reneges on the offer of 14K ..low balling me down to 11K.. and then wouldn't discount his car .5 cents !!!! His car was priced 5-6k above all other similar vehicles with less miles and less owners than his 3 owner car !! Beware ..CROOKS .. Never deal with them or their used Car Manager Andrew !!! More

All of my questions have been ignored. Nobody responds to emails or calls back. They say they sell at MSRP but charge 600$ over msrp.. I really really wish I just went to MacMulkin this would have been way less of a headache, would have had my car already, and would save 600$. This is an absolute joke I dont get why people even bother with these guys. More
I would like to add that I got 3 different quotes from this dealership about the amount I would have to pay to buy out my leased vehicle. There is obviously no training program at this dealership. Buyer Beware! Re: Service Dept. Took my 2021 GMC Sierra Diesel in for oil change and tire rotation. $180.00 later, I'm hoping they changed to oil, they certain Re: Service Dept. I have one rim with a scuff mark on right rear. It was in the same place when I got the truck back. Make sure you take a marker to your wheel/tire some you don't get taken like I did. More
I was cold contacted by Ciocca notifying me that I needed an oil change on my Colorado, I advised the rep that I wasnt ready for that yet, but I wanted to program a key fob that I purchased from Amazon. The lady on the phone said it would "cost like $50", so I said please schedule me for the programming. Thursday morning at 8am the programming was completed. The bill came to over $207! I advised the service advisor Josh that the lady who called me said it was "like $50". He said the programming fee is $179.95. He asked who I spoke to, and at this time I wasnt sure. He said this is the cost. So my bill came to $207, which included tax and a $14 charge for hazardous waste! Really what hazardous waste was created programming a key fob....Josh said all service orders in NJ include this fee. I wasnt happy but paid the bill. I contacted the person who scheduled my appointment, her name is Aura. She stated she made a mistake, and apparantly quoted me for a key but booked me for the keyfob. I was on speakerphone, so Josh spoke to her. Josh told her she quoted the wrong price, she once again said that she made a mistake, and she knows for the future. So no problem there, people make mistakes. So I asked Josh, what can they do. He said the programming charge is what it is. Really Josh, you just spoke to the rep who said she made a mistake, and you cant do anything? You really need to learn about customer service. Ever think to go to your supervisor and explain the situation? Since he didnt I asked to speak to a manager, Josh said the Manager just stepped out but he would have him call me. Noone has called. Either Josh didnt give the manager the message, or the manager didnt care to call. So here's what I wanted to say to the manager. I didnt make the mistake, your representative who called me to set up service did...at least she has integrity. If I wasnt quoted a price, I would have graciously paid the bill, although I would have still complained about the hazardous waste fee. Ciocca made a mistake and should accept responsibility by charging the price "quoted" to program the key fob. More
