I would even say that I feel like we are "family", but sometimes even my family isn't as flexible as the Flemington team. Excellence: Supporting their "down-to-earth" approach is a clear focus on all of the details, scheduling and "behind-the-scenes" stuff that comprise customer satisfaction.
