Our recent purchase marked the third time in 12 years that we bought or leased from this dealership. After moving out of the Flemington area 5 years ago, we decided to make a return trip of over 100 mile that we bought or leased from this dealership. After several emails and phone discussions where she provided some options for us to consider, she had us work with one of her partners, John Burns. During our actual visit with JOhn, he embellished on some of the incentives GM was currently offering, allowed us to take a test drive, and went with us to a local lot where he had an inventory of 2011 Buick LaCrosses for us to consider. We were able to find one in the color we wanted and with the options we had wanted. Back at the office John clearly explained the remainder of the process and we set up a meeting to pick up the car. On the morning of the pick-up, the car was detailed meticulously; John immediately addressed a very minor problemn we had noticed.
