He said - and we quote - "Fantastico!". He told us he was surprised because he rarely sees a dealership "get everything right". Friendliness: Outstanding. The deal was handled directly with Sales Consultant, Alison O'Neill. She guided us through the whole process, helped us evaluate our finance alternatives and provided us with every piece of information we requested. My original goal for visiting Flemington Buick was simply to test drive a LaCrosse, in order to confirm my own research. It was a pleasant surprise to me that your available models and "courtsey car" pricin to test drive a LaCrosse, in order to confirm my own research. Wiseman was very pleasant and informative to deal with and, being a lifelong sales person myself, this was greatly appreciated. Also, when I told Wiseman that I would be arranging my own financing through my mortgage holder, he suggested 3 additional banks for me to consider. As it turns out, his top-of-the-list Bank of America suggestion resulted in an almost immediate approval, after only a few minutes on the BAC web site. Eric rounded out the good experience picture with his wrap-up of the financial details and review of the add-ons available. I'm not an "extras" guy, but I was convinced by these two pros of the wisdom of the "tire & wheel" coverage. After months a procastinating, I drove home with a new LaCrosse within 4 days of my initial visit. This, I suspect, is good news for all parties. More
