Jeff was able to show me how to get to the shopping outlets (big plus!) and didn't appear to think that my questions about features of the truck were trivial ( like can i charge two DS's at one time in the second & third rows, which IS a BIG DEAL to my kids). i was offered a beverages at least 8 times by every employee that walked by... always a nice touch. two employees even complimented me on my self-made purse, which even my bestest of friends say is ugly. NICE !!!!!!! very nice dealership... i drove 60+ miles to get here and would do it again for my next truck! oh, and thanks for the full tank of gas! makes feel a little bad that my trade-in was on "E" !! I am a repeat customer. This was my third purchase venture and my wife and I purchased a Terrain and Silverado-Z71. The gentlemen were very professional and they made us feel like extended family. The stayed with us 2 hours after the regular closing time to explain the vehicle features, the finance documents, protection coverage and spent 30 minutes on the phone with GEICO to ensure the insurance coverage was correct and in effect before hitting the street. For the record, we live 35 miles from this dealership and wanted to come back because of the way we were treated. I will recommend Flemington GMC to anyone who serious about buying a new vehicle. Jeff Parker and Bob then worked togeather to arrive at a trade in value and new truck price combination that I was happy with. Brenda Royer explained other options, such as extended warranty and data dots etching and Simonize treatment. The deal was made and the truck was ordered. Bob called me with progress reports while we waited for the truck to arrive. As a very welcome surprise, it came in faster than any of us expected. I completed the purchase with Brenda, and then Bob went over all the features of my new truck. The whole buying experience was very pleasant and not at all high pressure.
