Eleni was so professional in her approach in answering all our queries and explaining us to the minutest detail. In fact in our 30 years of driving experience, it was only on 19th Jan when we took delive all our queries and explaining us to the minutest detail. In fact in our 30 years of driving experience, it was only on 19th Jan when we took delivery of the car that we came to know for the first time (after Eleni showed it to us) that from inside the car, we can easily know which side is the gas tank cover! Eleni was very flexible with our time schedule and was very patient in three family members asking different questions about the car. She was ever smiling and cheerful in handling the customers without showing any stress or annoying. She made all the paper work ready and also advised us how we can save money in documentation by opening an account with Credit Union. Until then, I never knew that CU is so much convenient like banks or even much better. On the whole Eleni was very helpful and she made our day with you folks!
