I was directed to Joe Himelfarb with whom I shared the reason for my needing a new vehicle as soon as possible as well as my requirements for size, comfort and towing capacity of the car. He was very knowledgeable of the different brands and characteristics of vehicles that would satisfy my criteria and was very patient with my questioning and desire to test drive numerous models. Ultimately Joe and his colleague Rob Slack were asked to assist by finding the vehicle I desired by contacting another dealer and arranging the transfer of my new car by my deadline and with the same competitive pricing they had discussed with me on cars in their inventory. Finance Manager Eric Henderson assisted in closing the transaction in a prompt and efficient manner.
