Robin's pricing was also very aggressive and had we decided on a SRX, after visiting 3 Cadillac dealers, we would have bough from Flemington. We also appreciated that Robin did not make us wait around and was very considerate of our children running wild in his showroom. We had such a bad experience when visiting the other 2 cadillac dealers that we were surprised when the experience with Robin was much improved. Recommended. More

We took the car in to this dealer for warranty work. The transmission on our Saturn Outlook totally failed and the car is a 2008 model year. We purchased it from the dealer in Dec. 2008. The repairs shoul transmission on our Saturn Outlook totally failed and the car is a 2008 model year. We purchased it from the dealer in Dec. 2008. The repairs should have been covered under a 5 year/100,000 mile power train warranty. The service rep called back and said the warranty expired in Feb 2013 and they would only honor a portion of it. I disagreed and provided the information documenting the powertrain problems starting several months prior but it was like talking to a brick wall. The service rep was totally unprofessional. Furthermore he was trying to lie to the GM complaint team trying to say that the repairs were not covered under bumper to bumper warranty when these are clearly under the powertrain warranty. I caution all of you who are contemplating using this dealership to evaluate other options. Poor customer service and poor quality products which they are not willing to back. I would go somewhere else! More

He worked with us to get a fair price for the vehicle we wanted, which was a lightly used and well maintained picku moment we entered the showroom. Last Wednesday afternoon I asked for an appointment over the internet. Noha Amin, Internet Sales Manager at Flemington Buick, contacted me later the same afternoon and we set an appointment for the next day the internet. On Thursday morning Noha introduced me to Art Cole who showed me the car and discussed my needs. I was away for the weekend but returned on Monday morning with my trade-in. I was offered a reasonable value for my trade-in and a total deal I felt was fair. Eric Henderson discussed available options with me in a no pressure manner. After we all shook hands I wrote a check, signed a few papers and drove my purchase home that afternoon The car was for my wife and she is very happy with it and me. I done good. More
