I've been getting my car serviced by this place since I bought it three years. The other day my battery died and when I opened my hood I noticed a glove covering my brake fluid without a cap. I had only go bought it three years. The other day my battery died and when I opened my hood I noticed a glove covering my brake fluid without a cap. I had only gotten my car serviced a month ago, so I brought the car back and asked them what this was about, while also asking for them to check my battery. Today I go to pick it up and they charge me 199 for "diagnostics." I talked to the service manager, Anthony, who refused to acknowledge that a glove over my brake fluid was an issue at all, while also telling me that the cap was actually ordered the last time I had my car serviced. I told him that wasn't said to me, and it wasn't in the write up, and the person I had dropped my car off with had no idea about why there would be a glove there. Anthony continued to tell me it wasn't a safety issue, meanwhile refused to take off the 199 for diagnostics which didn't need to be done since we knew the battery was dead. He was extremely dismissive. I showed him the picture of the glove and how it looked like it was ripping and deteriorating, to which he replied "that was just from the way the mechanic must've put the glove on the tank. It's not a problem." I always had good experiences here, which is why I didn't bother servicing the car myself. Will not be going back. What a joke. More

I purchased a new Acadia from Vinny. He was very hello and knowledgeable. This is my second Acadia so I was very familiar with the car. I took my Hummer to one of those quick shops and after 4 visits to balance my tires, And the constant vibrations, I went to Ciocca. As usual Roxanne was great. She gets you set up and then you sit back... T visits to balance my tires, And the constant vibrations, I went to Ciocca. As usual Roxanne was great. She gets you set up and then you sit back... They have road force balancing which the wheel guy suggested after he powder coated them. 2 hours later my tires are balanced no vibrations! I only went to the other place bcse I thought I was going to damage my wheels or tires but I'm a dealer person now for repairs etc always. I have a 2007 Hummer h3 but it's not listed More

I’m extremely disappointed & frustrated with their finance department. It’s been 8 months since I’m chasing them to send the warranty check of $5k to my bank.
