Once arriving at the dealership, Jon Rambert took all of the time needed to review the car, discuss our purchase arrangement and make the final tweaks to the deal to allow us to walk away feeling as though we received a VERY fair price on our new car (as well as helping us to entertain our children who came along during our visit to the dealership). Once the deal was agreed upon, Jon provided detailed instructions on all of its features and made sure we understood everything clearly prior to driving off the lot. Finally, Eric Henderson was very professional in his handling of the final paperwork, clearly informing us of all of our options but in no way making it feel as though we were being pressured to make any additional purchases that we were not comfortable with. We felt as thought eh royal family had arrived. We were greeted at the door with smiles and handshakes. Our kids were engaged in conversation and treated like little adults. This made the final stages of the purchase so much easier. Eric started to review all the paperwork with us and was sure that we understood each step of the way. Finally it was time for the tour of the car. Jeff was patient and understanding as he explained and re-explained all the gadgets in the car. I was asked by Eleni to come in to discuss "end of lease" options for my GMC Acadia. I asked to test drive a few vehicles, both GMC and Cadillac, while at the dealer. Eleni was very friendly, accomm lease" options for my GMC Acadia. I asked to test drive a few vehicles, both GMC and Cadillac, while at the dealer. While I test drove the vehicles (a SUV, a pickup truck, and a sedan), Eleni worked with Rob (her manager) to calculate numbers for me on an early lease buyout and new lease payments. The Cadillac was my favorite, but it was above my budget. Rob and I both gave a little and ended with a deal all were happy with. Worth mentioning is the great job Bill (the Cadillac expert) did to explain the many "bells and whistles" included with the XTS. A few days later I picked up my new 2013 Cadillac XTS!
