I have been dealing with this dealership and most of the same sales/finance people for over 19 years. Once the deal was agreed upon, Jon provided detailed instructions on all of its features and made sure we understood everything clearly prior to driving off the lot. Finally, Eric Henderson was very professional in his handling of the final paperwork, clearly informing us of all of our options but in no way making it feel as though we were being pressured to make any additional purchases that we were not comfortable with. The entire experience at Flemington Chevy was unbelievable. We were treated like gold. We worked to fill out the paperwork and find the right purchase/lease option for our family. We drove both Rob and Jeff nuts with questions yet they were complete professionals bringing personality to the phone calls. The big day came and we were picking up. We felt as thought eh royal family had arrived. We were greeted at the door with smiles and handshakes. Our kids were engaged in conversation and treated like little adults. This made the final stages of the purchase so much easier. Eric started to review all the paperwork with us and was sure that we understood each step of the way. Finally it was time for the tour of the car. Jeff was patient and understanding as he explained and re-explained all the gadgets in the car.
