I was very impressed with the dedication at Flemington cadilac, Noha Amin had numerous conversations in satisfying my concerns to purchase a Cadilac DTS. I thought she was still at work, and felt horrible when I realized she was at home but she assured me that it was no problem. What Dedication! I was from out of state and was worrying that I didn't want to make a wasted trip but Noha assured me that the cars they sell are in excellent condition. Well I made the trip and only to get happier. The car I chose was even better than I thought and the staff made you feel like you're with friends. Noha gave me to salesman Jeff Conrad to handle the details and close the deal. We took the car for a test ride and there was no pressure talking just a nice relaxing ride and no hurry to return. When we returned from the test drive Bob Morse Pre-owned sales manager introduced himself and made us feel welcomed, he also told me that he was came from my area only 20 Mlles away. I had an 09 Tahoe that I purchased at Ayers Chevrolet that developed transmissions problems shortly after I got it. Took it in for repair at Ayers and one week after I got it back, it broke down with that developed transmissions problems shortly after I got it. Took it to Flemington GMC where their service department evaluated the problem, had to keep the vehicle for one week while parts were ordered, all under warranty and provided me with a loaner at no charge. When I got it back it ran like a charm. Even though Flemington GMC is an hour from my home, it has become my dealership of choice. Just traded the Tahoe in on a 2014 GMC All-Terrain. Made my initial contact with Noha Amin, the internet specialist who responded to my emails immediately and set me up with Eleni Chatzidaki, my salesperson. Eleni was great, very knowledgeable and cooperative. I negotiated a fair trade in value for my Tahoe with Rob Slack, the sales manager. He was very considerate and flexable. I had to order the truck I wanted from the manufacturer and that process only took about six weeks. Eleni checked in with me periodically to let me know what was happening. When it finally arrived at the dealer, they had it ready to go in 2 days. We sealed the deal with the capable hands of Brenda Royer, the finance manager. That only took about 30 minutes. Short and sweet. Overall, I was left with the impression that the employees that I had contact with honestly enjoyed their work. Quite unusual in today's climate. More

We were considering buying a Denali and attempted shopping close to home. We walked into McGuire on Rt 46 in Little Falls, NJ but were treated poorly.
