I had become very interested in a GMC Terrain, used the internet to get specifications, drove one with Dave Klawunn and my wife at Flemington. It met most expectations except size of a Dog Crate. Came back from home to make some measurements, which confirmed a problem. About to leave disappointed Mr. Klawunn made me aware of a 2014 "loaner" Chevy Traverse. Drove this, with a friend, and it met the requirements. Went home and found Consumers Report gave it good marks. So the alertness and sincerity of the salesman in bringing this to my attention, as well as earlier favorable experience with the dealer on my 2009 trade-in, cemented what will be a continuing relationship.
