I had a scheduled service appointment with the dealership. I arrived just prior to the appointment and they took me right away. Duncan was my service representative and did a great job of getting dealership. I arrived just prior to the appointment and they took me right away. Duncan was my service representative and did a great job of getting me checked in, keeping me updated, and getting me out the door - all this while juggling a few other customers, including a few customers who obviously needed some extra attention.
