I was not told the truth by the Service Department and put in a completely avoidable situation had Negligence not taken place on Friday, this past weekend. Anthony Russo, Service Manager of Ciocca Chevro put in a completely avoidable situation had Negligence not taken place on Friday, this past weekend. Anthony Russo, Service Manager of Ciocca Chevrolet Buick GMC of Flemington confirmed I had a full tank of gas, and a broken Gas Mileage. My car was later towed to Open Road Chevrolet in Union, NJ, and it was confirmed that the tank was EMPTY, not a drop of gas and Gas Mileage Gauge was NOT broken. This for certain confirms, some kind of Negligence took place. I ran into the worst emergency ever, with my Husband away on Military Orders as well as my 2 Toddlers and Dog were stuck in a hot car on the side of Route 78, 45 minutes from my house, due to Major Negligence from Ciocca Chevrolet Buick GMC of Flemington. We had to call Onstar for assistance, who scheduled the Tow. They also called Police as the location and condition to which we were stuck was not safe and no Air Conditioning. PS, State Police left us there too, and would not wait, nor would they let us wait in the back of the car. The Heat Advisory was 105* Real Feel on Friday, completely unsafe for my Toddlers, Dog, and myself. (*That’s a whole other complaint I recorded.) In the end, I was grateful we had family come get us and nothing health related was affected. I am very grateful that it was only an empty tank of gas, but more importantly that this Negligence could have been worse. I can no longer trust Ciocca Chevrolet Buick GMC of Flemington. Additionally, spoke to the GM on Monday afternoon regarding the entire incident from Thursday through the Weekend. - Receptionist on Saturday was to provide an email update to Anthony Russo and GM. (*According to GM no email went out.) - The Service Advisor, Roxanne, did not call to check in on the incident, nor to follow up regarding the negligence of communication. - The Technician who misdiagnosed my car and failed to thoroughly analyze my vehicle’s issue is allegedly a long-time technician. (*Brian I was told his name was.) - The General Manager did not call back to confirm what took place, or share proactive measures that will improve to hope this never happens to anyone else. He simply spoke to Anthony and had Anthony call me. More
