I swore I would never deal with the dealership as I visited the showroom 3 times looking for a new GMC. Not in one of those times was I acknowledged with even a nod of a head. She’s a hard worker, pleasant, knows what she’s talking about and remembers her customers. Hopefully with a new name and owner(?) the showroom will be more attentive. AND when I complained about the lack of attention in a survey they had a “trainee” call me!! Shame on them. More
