Later in the week I went on the website and saw the same car I wanted.... contacted them again. Spoke to many different people through email and text. They took all the info of my trade and everything. They made me an appt for Friday at 11:00 to come see the car and for them to get a better look at my trade. I told them many times that I was driving two hours for this and to please please let me know if they car sold before I came. I asked this right up until Thursday at closing time, received an email that the car was still there. Drove two hours Friday for my 11:00 appt. was met by mark and told he was finishing up with someone and would be with me shortly. 11:20 he took me to his desk, took my keys for the manager to look at my trade. Never offered to take me to see the car I wanted to buy. While I was sitting there I was listening to a deal being made next to me. They were going back and forth on what they would give him for his trade. This whole time I was sitting there listening to this mark was gone. They finally made a deal. Mark came back and told me that guy just bought the car I was there for. He told me that the man had an appt for today at 1:00 as a “back up” if I didn’t buy it but he came early and that he was suppose to be looking at acadias but decided to buy the one I was there for. The used car manager came out and again tried to offer me the silver one that I turned down already earlier in the week. They literally sold the car right while I was sitting there listening. I am so upset. Such poor poor business. I explained to them earlier in the week that my time is precious to me because I am a single mother of a special needs child and now I just drove two hours down and two hours back home after they sold the car right out from under my nose. Terrible business and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! More
