Disappointed responded

I am a very understanding person... but what happened to me on Friday was completely inexcusable. I had been working with Ben the whole week on my trade, quotes of what my payment would look like. They gave me an 11:00 appt on Friday to see the car. I told them that I am a single mom of a special needs child and my time is extremely precious, I would be driving two hours for this so please let me know if the car is sold before I make the trip. I got an email from mark at closing time the night before saying it was still available. I was right on time for my appt, however mark was still “dealing with other people” and needed more time. I literally sat at his desk and listened to a deal before made on the car I was there for. No one asked me to put a deposit down, if they did I would have gladly done it to save myself wasted 4 hours on a holiday. Then Mark tells me that the man who bought the car had a 1:00 appt but he came early and was going to look at acadias but liked the terrain. ALL WHILE I WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE AT MARKS DESK. This is by far the worst thing that has ever happened to me at a dealership and I have bought many cars in my life. I have never seen such poor business. I made special arrangements that day for my son so I could drive 2 hours both ways on a holiday just to have the car literally be sold right out from under my nose. No excuses or sorrys will fix that
