My son and I were traveling to South Carolina from Massachusetts and ran into car issues near to this dealership. We stopped to see what the problem was fearing it was going to be a very time-consumin Massachusetts and ran into car issues near to this dealership. We stopped to see what the problem was fearing it was going to be a very time-consuming, and expensive fix. I cannot praise the service department enough for the way they went above and beyond to get the parts needed and get our vehicle fixed so we could be back on the road to meet our scheduled. stop in South Carolina. The Service Team was amazing and we are so very thankful for their quick attention and resolution! I wish I had all of the names for those that took care of us but I know it takes a great team to provide great service! More

Bought a used vehicle from Ciocca Chevy, terrible experience, would never recommend them to anyone. Went in for the 2nd “complementary oil change” as part of the sale, and they charged us around $150 experience, would never recommend them to anyone. Went in for the 2nd “complementary oil change” as part of the sale, and they charged us around $150 for it. When questioned about it, the front desk woman was snotty and rude, demanding us to sign the repair order without telling us what the manager had agreed to. Then she made it seem like they did us a favor by comping us the oil change, when it was in the original sale contract that they offer with used car sales. More

Had to wait too long and was not notified when service was completed. This was the second consecutive time I had an unsatisfactory experience at this dealership since its ownership has changed hands.
