Brought in my 2021 GMC Acadia for service. It was there for 2 weeks and the service representative Michael Del Gaudio kept me informed everyday with a phone call about updates on my service. He also kept m for 2 weeks and the service representative Michael Del Gaudio kept me informed everyday with a phone call about updates on my service. He also kept my vehicle for another week because his dent guy was on vacation and didn't want me to bring back the car because I live so far away from the dealership. He wanted to get it done in one visit. He was very professional and courteous very knowledgeable great asset to your company. All the staff is friendly and professional, I waited for the oil change and tire rotation, it took a reasonable amount of time, the only issue is the tire rotation wasn't rotated as per my instructions (2nd the oil change and tire rotation, it took a reasonable amount of time, the only issue is the tire rotation wasn't rotated as per my instructions (2nd time), but they rectified the issue quickly and the way I instructed. All in all this dealership is my preferred shop and I will return. More
