Overall a positive experience. Was 1st time going there and told that to person when booking appointment. Had a 7am appointment and arrived at 6:45. Waited outside in parking lot til I saw someone open doo and told that to person when booking appointment. Had a 7am appointment and arrived at 6:45. Waited outside in parking lot til I saw someone open door. Went to door and was told I had to drive to now open service bay (which now had 6 cars in front of me) . Would have been out of there about an hour earlier had I known when I called. Yes, I know for future but would be courteous to tell people ahead of time. Very friendly and did the service requested. So a 4.5 out of 5. More
