Not a great experience with service department. Not at all convenient. They never haev a loaner. Need to schedule one. The schedule is full for a month! Brought car in for squealing in the engine. Told me it was the serpentine belt. OK, change it. They did. Squealing exactly the same if not worse. Next day, stopped by my local mechanic and as soon as he heard the noise, he said, "that is not your belt". There is an issue one of the pullies. Need to get it checked right away.. So, I rescheduled. No loaner again. Found the issue this time. Alternator bearings gone. Needless to say, they can not get alternator until tomorrow. So ANOTHER day without my car. Another day of missing work. Just not a good experience. Will not bring truck back unless it's a warranty issue and I have no choice. More
