Anthony in Service needs a customer service professional development. He was not nice, unaccomodating and not solution oriented. I know everyone has a tough day, but wow. I was late to my appointment and development. He was not nice, unaccomodating and not solution oriented. I know everyone has a tough day, but wow. I was late to my appointment and apologized. I offered flexibility to allow for up to 5.5 hours to wait and / or top off my oil. He kept declining and giving me no alternative. Mind you I let him know my husband was on Active Military Orders, I have 2 babies Under 2, and my childcare was late, which is why I was late. He wouldn’t offer a solution or alternative of any kind even when I said I had till 6:00. Duncan Treadwell overheard his poor customer service, intervened and accommodated me with an AMAZING experience. It’s not always comfortable to speak up when a coworker is doing something against what Im sure is not their policy, but Duncan helped me and got me in and out in 2 hours. That simply proved Anthony could have done something and chose to be rude and unkind. I will only see Duncan from now on. Thank you! More
