My latest service visit was less than exceptional. I was late for the appointment due to a horrible traffic accident. Unfortunately the gentleman that checked me in was unable to to give me an estimat I was late for the appointment due to a horrible traffic accident. Unfortunately the gentleman that checked me in was unable to to give me an estimate for service time and then pushed back with an attitude when I asked for more detail. I did ask for them to prioritize one service over another based on this lack of information and my concern for how long I would need to wait. I was also told that based on the services scheduled, I should “never have been a waiter” but wasn’t told this when booking. After waiting for an hour and a half with no updates, I asked for a status and was rudely told “it couldn’t be interrupted. After another almost 45 minutes, I was told my vehicle was ready but it was only then that it was communicated that the other service needed was not completed. Also, loaner availability is lacking. I have leased two vehicles from this dealership and was previously happy with the service department, bit after this recent experience and the sustain that I received from their employee, will most likely bring my future business elsewhere. More
