I am so disappointed in Cadillac not recalling the 2010 to 2016 SRX for failing nav units and for very low visibility low beams -- both extensive problems, widely reported (Google it) and in the case of th to 2016 SRX for failing nav units and for very low visibility low beams -- both extensive problems, widely reported (Google it) and in the case of the low beams, a deathly experience after dark. Cadillac should stand up and take responsibility for these defects. This service however was excellent. Car washed and vacuumed as additional to oil change, brake fluid flush and transmission fluid replacement (said to be recommended although KBB recommends 30,000 miles later). Michael took good care of me. More
