I live on Long Island and was in the area for business and my truck was having some issues , intermittently shutting off while driving . I had the truck towed to Flemington GMC , and they were so helpful and my truck was having some issues , intermittently shutting off while driving . I can’t say enough about the care and concern I received yesterday with my Cadillac! An engine check light coming on the day you are leaving for a trip was devastating to say the least. Duncan went above and beyond to take care of my car (with an already booked day)so my trip could happen with a peace of mind that I wouldn’t be left stranded on the road. Mark discussed all options for with myself and my family to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. He never ever made me feel any pressure to buy something I wasn't 100% sure of. Mark even worked hard to accommodate me when I had COVID when my car was delivered to the dealership. At pick-up, Mark was very informative about the new features I was gaining by switching from my Equinox to my new Acadia. When my check engine light came on about 400 miles into my lease, Mark was swift to get me connected with the service department and even checked in with them and myself throughout the repair.
