Lisa Knight and Garrett in the 'front office' did everything they needed to, in terms of providing explanations and clarifications to me about my RAV's condition, which was what I needed to hear. I was upset a lot of the time, and they went out of their way to reassure me that my car would be 'made whole', once they worked out the "kinks" due to State Farm's ridiculous policies and procedures! These unnecessarily slowed up the process longer than anyone would've imagined! However, in the end, the body work was 5-Star!!! Your entire C. Patterson 'team' did an outstanding job! Kudos to all of them! I was completely satisfied!!! One very important note about Lisa! She is a dynamic and outstanding Office manager! Having worked in many offices, prior to my Retirement, I felt as though I was in the best of hands! She shared everything I needed to know to better understand why the process seemed to take forever! It made a huge difference to me that she could explain and clarify what was going on at every 'stage of the game'! That made it easier for me to let go of some of the anxiety I was feeling. At times, she literally took my hand and kindly reassured me, so that I could trust all would turn out well! And it did! She made a huge difference in helping me through this entire grueling process! I told her that "every office needs "a Lisa"! Without her, it would have been an untenable situation. Please share this review with her directly! A huge 'shout out' to her for how she runs her office and is willing to go the extra mile in serving your customers! Sincerely, Rachel Jablon More
The absolute worst customer service, and service in general, I have experienced in 56 years of vehicle servicing. On 6/2/23 I took in a 2002 Dodge Dakota with only 72,000 miles on it for repair of a flickering light problem and authorized $ 769 in general maintenance, and please fix the lights. 3 days later, service advisor Billy Folks asked for approval to replace 2 allegedly broken exhaust bolts. I said ok, but please fix the lights. I never heard from him again, ever, despite multiple phone, text, and email messages. A month later another service rep, Arlen Bidwell, finally responded to my texts, said he would get right on it. Over another month went by, Arlen saying they were having trouble finding a part. I went on eBay and found the right part in 10 minutes. I sent that to Arlen, who said Chuck Patterson was afraid to install a used part, but he had found a workaround - a battery cutoff switch which would keep the battery charged and everything would work. I said ok to install a cutoff. On August 10, 2023, now 70 days without my truck, I went to pick it up. Arlen Bidwell made sure I paid $3,247.00, before we walked to the back of the lot to pick it up. Of course it didn't work, and they hadn't even checked it out before they took my money, which included $2,050.00 for "diagnostic" work by technician P. Talyn on the light problem they never fixed and never even tested before they took my money. Two days later Arlen called and said please remove your truck from our premises. Now, not only do the lights not work, neither do the door locks or the windshield washer, and who knows what else. And they didn't even hose it down after parking it under a tree for two months . I consider this fraud in that they took my payment under the false representation that the "workaround" would solve the problem. They refused any adjustment on the bill - Arlen Bidwell said "well, you have a nice running truck." Neither the service manager nor the tech had the courage to talk to me. BTW - this truck was purchased new at Chuck Patterson Dodge by my father in 2002, and has never been serviced anywhere else. Las prior payment was 1/31/20/for $3,868.12. This is warning to the wise. They clearly have no idea what they are doing, or how to treatcustomers. I will be pursuing appropriate legal action for fraud and unfair business practices. John A.
