That said, after a few difficulties that strained the process a bit, Sales Associate Edgar (never caught his last name) reached out and smoothed things over, we found my truck. Throughout the process, Edgar was always available and present, even when he was supposed to be off work. His attention to detail, and customer service are top notch. Finance Mgr Wendy was great as well. No shenanigans in the end, and it was overall a much more pleasant experience than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend. More
