Very horrible service techs, came in for my service, oil change and tire rotation. They got oil inside my car and damaged my rims. Left serial messages for the manager Mr. Young to contact me. Service manager steve did not return my call in a timely manner. All I can report is they say they will make this right. We will see. Even if they make this right due to the disrespect by not return calls will result with losing my business. My Toyota care expires in Sept 2021 due to the 2 year time frame. More
(I am going to leave this review as many places that I can) Now that after more than a week we have finally received our vehicle back I feel that it is an appropriate time to leave this review. On July 29 can) Now that after more than a week we have finally received our vehicle back I feel that it is an appropriate time to leave this review. On July 29th I arrived at your service department with our brand new 4Runner. (at this point we had it less than 48hrs.) The PCS light was illuminated on the dash, you guys cleared some code and sent me on my way, only to have it come back on a few miles later. After returning I was informed that the Sonar Sensor would need to be replaced. (Don't blame the chip Shortage, this has nothing to do with it.) I arrived the morning of the next day, July 30th. I showed up expecting the great customer service that Chuck Hutton Toyota prides themselves on, I recieved none of it. After waiting more than 4 hours on a 1.5hr job, I was informed that a service technician had snapped multiple brackets off of our bumper. I was escorted back to our 4Runner, where I listened to your service department representatives blame everything but themselves, refusing to take responsibility for damaging the vehicle. After being informed that the vehicle would need the bumper replaced, your staff attempted to loan us a Corolla while we waitedon repairs. I informed your staff that we needed a comparable vehicle, and that a Corolla wouldn't work for us. Not because loaning us a comparable vehicle to the one you guys damaged was the right thing to do, but because my fiancée needed the space for work. I went back and forth with your staff and finally they reluctantly offered us a Rav4 which is much Smaller than what we needed. When I balked at the offer, I was informed that you guys could just snap the bumper back on and send me on my way. That statement, that was the one that showed me just how little you actually cared, the safety issues alone involved, shame on you. You guys could have allowed us to demo a 4runner or a tacoma or a Tundra, but that would have been entirely to much effort on your part. To make matters worse, instead of sending just the bumper off to get painted, your service department slapped it on our vehicle and drove it to Caliber Collision. I say Slapped because you guys actually damaged the new bumper when you installed it, causing additional repair time. But wait theirs more! As if this couldn't get any worse you guys actually managed to inconvenience us further. After missing your completion window of 3-4 days, you contact us and inform us that you needed our loaner back, that you had promised that vehicle to someone else, and we would need to take time out of our day to come trade it. I had to talk to a multitude of people, spending hours of my day on hold and being transferred to finally convince someone that it was a horrible idea. Chuck Huttons customer service is simply non existent, I wouldn't trust your service department to change a light bulb. I will never use you guys again for anything, and I have already saved others from making the same mistakes. I'll wait for your response, thanks to your horrible service, I've become quite good at waiting. More

Sales department needs some work. I spent $51k on a new van. Can never get my sales person to call me back. Once you buy a vehicle it would seem you get put on the very back burner. Tyler and Josh were great, they got me into the car I wanted and for a decent price. Trade in could have been better but it was still a fair value.
