New Car Experience From the first visit to this car dealership, it was a nice experience. We were approached and offered assistance, gently. We were shown what we asked to see and allowed to inspect and talk to each other without a salesperson listening to every word and thought we had. Mark was very responsive, but understanding, as we told him there were a couple of other cars we were going to test drive and check on. We came back a bout a week later and took a test drive. Again, we were allowed time to ourselves to compare two similar cars and discuss pros and cons. After deciding the one we wanted to check on, Mark again was no pressure and ran the figures and provided us with a very nice price. We still had a small difference in price and we left to continue negotiations on another vehicle. There were a couple of calls, but not to the point of being annoying. On our last visit, Mark was with a customer and Jody helped us. We explained where we were in price and where we wanted to be. Jody said it was no problem, let's go get the deal done. In a relatively short time, he and Mark had us in the car and on our way. The finance department got us the financing we wanted and it was done quick and efficiently. Overall, it was probably the most pleasant car buying experience we have had. More

We visited this location due to vicinity. We met Michael Pearson first and found a polite and attentive young man willing to listen to our concerns and desires. Then Mitch worked with us on price. We financed through Toyota and found Larry, our finance officer to be polite and quite a nice gentleman. Before leaving, Mark Tye was quite good at pointing out how to use specific areas of the Prius body and the technology. I went back for the full delivery with Chris because it was late and he was not there. He was very clear about the controls and I have been able to use everything without any problems. I plan to use this location for all my service and when my husband is ready to buy, we will visit Michael again. More
