We began thinking about buying a car several months ago and had checked with several places! Michelle would always call and tell me what deals were available, but I never could convince myself to go look after a futile attempt to trade at another local Toyota dealer in town and having been told there was no way possible I could trade! We are now the proud owners of a Tacoma and a Camry...we got top dollar for our trades, were treated with respect and left happy!! We will def be a Chuck Hutton Toyota return customer! Thanks guys!! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and I never felt I was being taken advantage of. It was a very realistic experience: I was in need of purchasing a car, and the entire 'deal' was up-front. Mitch, the sales manager, and I got along very well - had a lot in common - and Jody Wiygul handled everything in a low-key manner, and was never 'pushy'. Mitch even found the exact car I wanted, even though it meant the dealership trading a car to another dealership (200-miles away) for the Yaris I wanted to buy. There was never an "ah-ha" moment during the entire process, nothing hidden that later made me feel like I "got screwed". It was a clean transaction; Hutton did everything to put me in the car I wanted at the best price...even better than I'd expected...with monthly payments that I can afford, an important point when one is on fixed income. I definitely will (and already have) recommend Chuck Hutton Toyota to several people I know, who are looking for cars and trucks. What made me choose Hutton first, over the other Memphis-based Toyota dealer, was the billboard over the dealership with the words "Zero Down" prominently displayed. It works; it's not a come-on, not a trick. Hutton really can sell customers a car or truck with nothing down and that sealed the deal for me. Otherwise, I'd have tried to purchase a used car. Thanks for Chuck Hutton Toyota and the entire staff involved for everything they did to put me in a brand-new Yaris LE coupe. It's the perfect car for me (I'm single), loaded with every feature one expects in a new car, and gets excellent mileage. Having the driven the car now, for a week, I'm very please with it. It's a fine car, extremely well-made (typical of a Toyota) and I couldn't be happier. Hutton and the company staff made it all happen, and I will be a life-long patron of the dealership. More

Jody Wiygul was an extremely great sales person. He encouraged me to purchase the FR-S without being overly aggressive, which ultimately helped me make the right was an extremely great sales person.
