I did not want a new car because of the value decrease after driving it off the lot. I knew I wanted the Rav 4 and I had decided on the Blue Crush. I just did not want to have to deal with the salesmen. Long story short, I had the best car buying experience in my life. I have bought many cars but I was not pressured. I was not made to fill because I was a woman I could be taken advantage of. Matter of fact, I felt very comfortable thanks to Matt Jackson. He was great. Wonderful personality. Quick & Easy trade-in It was time to trade in my 5-yr old Scion xB. After searching for a new car, I decided just to upgrade to a new Scion xB instead of choosing another b It was time to trade in my 5-yr old Scion xB. After searching for a new car, I decided just to upgrade to a new Scion xB instead of choosing another brand. I requested a contact from Chuck Hutton & was immediately contacted via email by Bill Webb. I emailed him my car of choice from the internet inventory. I set a time to meet with him to complete the transaction. It was a quick, no-hassle trade-in. I drove away in my new xB very pleased with the whole process. I ordered lots of accessories for the xB, which came in a couple days later. The service department was very accommodating and did a great job installing my accessories. Despite a storm causing the lights to go out in the whole dealership, the staff kept their composure & were very reassuring to me and the other customers that we'd all be taken care of. Within a few minutes, she told me of a service bulletin on the engine that would result in complicated and lenghty repairs. Her attitude and personality kept me from hitting the panic button. Soon I was on my way with a loaner car she had arranged with the car rental desk, (great customer service there as well!) Visiting the web site for possible options, i was contacted by Niki Kelso. After I explained my situation, she put me in contact with James Robinson. James informed us of Toyota's buy back plan for Toyota owners like us. Mr. Robinson is a true gentleman. He has a pleasing personality combined with professionalsm and honesty. He immediately had my trust and respect. A different kind a car salesman.
