Outstanding experience in buying a new car. We were met at the door by Matt Jackson, who greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. We told him we were just going to look around and he assured us that he would help us in any way he could. Actually, we stopped in on a whim...not really intending to buy. We left a couple of hours later having made a deal that was pleasing to us. During our time there, Matt was excellent in the way he answered our questions. He took the time to get to know something of our situation.... our thoughts about a new car, etc., and he was never the least bit 'pushy'. He was very considerate about the fact that we have 'some age' on us and made it as easy as possible to do a little test drive, all the while making sure we understood the basic operational features. He gave us good guidance on a couple of possible models, but never sought to steer us in any particular direction. All in all, this dealership is fortunate to have Mr. Jackson representing them. We could not be more satisfied with his service. In fact, everyone we encountered at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. This is our second car to buy from the dealership.....at our age, this is likely the last.....LOL. More
