A non stressful transaction. I had been to Wolfchase several times negotiating a price and going round and round with the salesman and sales manager. I felt uncomfortable like they were using sales strategies on me. I felt pushed to purchase and like it was something wrong with what I was asking for my trade. I stopped by Chuck Hutton Toyota to get a quick offer on my trade. They had the black Highlander I wanted and with tinted windows and wheel locks that the other dealer didn’t offer. I got the first offer which was better than the final offer from Wolfchase. I decided to purchase then. The salesman Earl was great. He was friendly, attentive and not pushy at all. Great Experience! I have needed a car for quite some time now and I can remember when I was ten years old pointing out a car to my mother and saying. “What’s that car?” I have needed a car for quite some time now and I can remember when I was ten years old pointing out a car to my mother and saying. “What’s that car?” She answered and said, “a Subaru Forester,” I knew eventually that’s what I would end up buying. Tyler made that happen. We had been looking on the internet and spotted this Subaru and went to check it out. It was essentially closing time when we got to the dealership, but Tyler and the whole staff went above and beyond to help us. And when I expressed how worried I was that it would be gone they assured me it would still be there when opening time cMe again. We came back when the dealership opened and sure enough it was sitting there all red and pretty! Tyler let me have a test drive and I fell love with the Vehicle. He was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The buying process went by quick and Tyler helped sort everything before I left with my car, whom I have since named Dolly-after Dolly Parton.- you know she’s sassy and bright. I’m immensely pleased with my purchase and will tell everyone I know to come buy a car from Tyler. Thanks to him I know me and Dolly will have some grand adventures together. More
