We bought our first new car from Chuck Hutton Toyota and our salesperson (Matt Jackson) was the person who helped us the first time we came to Chuck Hutton. Matt was so courteous the first time that when ou our salesperson (Matt Jackson) was the person who helped us the first time we came to Chuck Hutton. Matt was so courteous the first time that when our first Camry was totaled we were without a doubt going to see him again. On our second visit Matt simply asked us which vehicle were we interested in and helped us get the one we wanted and did not try to sale us the vehicle he wanted to sale. He's my kind of salesperson, no BS! The process was exactly as we expected, painless but the finance manager this time around almost made us get up and never come back. Very rude when you don't take his first offer. All we were asking for is a better deal than we got the first time. (lower APR) We will return to Chuck Hutton because of Matt Jackson but in the future we WILL NOT deal with the same business manager. I will still give a 5 star rating because everyone else was so courteous at Chuck Hutton and they don't deserve anything less. More
