Took my truck in to repair the rear slider window that was stuck open. Without even looking at it the service guy says it will be a full rear window replacement and it would cost $1100 and won't be cover was stuck open. I went to another dealer and got it fixed for $100 under warranty. I'll never go back to Chuck Anderson, they can't be trusted. More

The service staff has stepped up in professionalism since my last service (May '23). While en route to Excelsior Springs on Saturday, my moonroof stuck in the open position. Once we arrived at The Elms Hotel I googled Ford dealerships and called Chuck Anderson Ford. The nicest young man answered and assured me they would take a look at it. They diagnosed the problem as a broken track and were able to cover the opening and securely tape it to prevent any water leakage. While waiting in their customer lounge, we all commented “this kind of quick, efficient service would never happen in Kansas City “. Thank you, Justice. More
