Thanks for reaching out. Can you email our General Manager, Nick Anderson, with the info on your truck and your extended service contract? We get paid to do warranty work, we'd rather collect money from them than our customers so I'm not sure where the disconnect was on this situation.

Turn on the power without starting the engine. 2. Head to Home>Settings>Vehicle>Maintenance Info>Oil Life. 3. To enter reset mode, hold down the Enter for more than 10 seconds. 4. Set Oil Life with the arrows, and press Enter.
