I was disappointed with my last service visit. When I arrived for my 1:00 appointment, I waited in my vehicle as it appeared I should. After speaking with the 1st Service Employee he told me he would get arrived for my 1:00 appointment, I waited in my vehicle as it appeared I should. After speaking with the 1st Service Employee he told me he would get the Service person I needed to speak with. After I spoke with the 2nd Service Representative he told me my service needs could be handled through their Express Service Lane and he would go get a 3rd Service Representative for me to speak to. After waiting longer & longer for each person I was handed off to, I learned the “Express Lane” was on a 2 hour wait. When we called that evening to see if the vehicle was ready we were told a message has been left on my husband’s voicemail when it was ready, but neither of us ever received a message. More
