Every time I take my vehicle there, the service is always outstanding. The bay's are clean as well as the waiting area. The service advisor's are always so polite and pleasant to work with. They performed an oil change and rotated the tires for me. I tried 5 different dealerships trying to buy a new Jeep Wrangler. The others were trying to add 5,500 to the cost saying it has to have some special coating, when i asked to break down line by line they sa Wrangler. Well Dale from McKinney called me back after an internet query and the first thing he said is the price you see is what you pay. We don’t add any of the bs and true to his word. I ordered it and he kept me apprised on any updates and the check out/purchase was ease. They didn’t try to up my interest rate like a friend of mine that’s a finance manager told me if a dealer knocks the price down they will make that up with a higher interest. I got a a rate that matches a credit union so these guys care about their customers. It’s not just about the money. Dale even has called me a couple of times checking to see how the new vehicle was working out for me. The Jeep was detailed when I got there, Dale went over everything so It wasn’t just like here’s the keys. He had me fill out my credit app a few days before the Jeep was ready so when I came and got it. The paper work and going over everything took maybe a hour and half at most. This is the only dealership I will use and even though it’s a hours drive from Bedford I’ll be taking my vehicle for its service work. Because if the finance and sales team is this good then I’m betting the service department matches it. More
