My experience with McKinney Dodge was overall very pleasant. They didn't just try to get me in what ever kind of vehicle so they could just to make a sale. I didn't feel pressured or like I was settling for something i wasnt comfortable with driving off the lot. I had bad experiences with other dealerships in the area recently but Anthony Addy was totally transparent and I was very pleased with him as our sales representative. The finance manager, James Craig was also helpful and upfront with us. No haggling or adding points to our set APR. Everything was just as they said it would be. Anthony explained to me the background of the dealership, and how it is a family owned and operated establishment, and I truly believe that! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free experience in getting in to a new or even a used vehicle. These guys got it down pact! The other people that make up McKinney CDJR sales dept have been super nice to my family and I while I was finishing my papers on my car. The service dept people are actually listening while I'm explaining why I'm there, what a concept. I normally read reviews before I go anywhere with my business, just makes sense. I've bought cars from other dealerships here in Dallas, most are ok, it's just been my experience that I like the McKinney dealership the best for sure. I hope your experience is the same. More
