I called ahead to see if the surround around my driver's seat could be replaced quickly. It had been replaced about a month previously but broke again. Logan, in Service, said it could because he had the p seat could be replaced quickly. It had been replaced about a month previously but broke again. Logan, in Service, said it could because he had the part in stock. I drove in and spoke to Austin (he as assisted me before and is extremely knowledgeable and professional) and he quickly evaluated the car regarding the "check engine" light that had come on, confirmed I need not worry about it, took the car and about 30 minutes later I was back on my way home. I am so pleased with the service, especially since I requested it be done free of charge (since I had just paid for it to be replaced less than a month ago) and my request was granted. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and key fob diagnostic… was told it was going to be after 1 before my car would be ready. 1p came and went 2… 3… at 530p I got a call that my car was ready and I diagnostic… was told it was going to be after 1 before my car would be ready. 1p came and went 2… 3… at 530p I got a call that my car was ready and I could pick it up. They could not come pick me up because all of the porters went home. I found a ride to get my car… car was not ready they had to pull it out of line so that I could take it. It was dropped off at 830am. Picked it up at almost 7pm. More

Made an appointment and took it in at that time. They did not start the actual service for 3 days after the appointment. Not sure why there would be an appointment if there is a delay on actual star They did not start the actual service for 3 days after the appointment. Not sure why there would be an appointment if there is a delay on actual start. We brought it in for a check engine light and then got a huge estimate on things unrelated to the issue. We were told that the brake pads were metal on metal and had to be done right away. I declined most of the service due to myself being able to do it and the outrageous cost for parts and labor it took me 3 hours to do. When I got the brake pads off, they were low, but NOT metal on metal. I feel that they seem to try to gouge on more and more things. I went from a start of a $4600 bill, and cut it in half for actual non necessity. I feel that there should be an estimate for work actually related to the issue brought in for and then maybe a recommended estimate for things being found to give the customers a better choice and not get hit with a $4600 bill when it really was only $500 to fix the actual issue. Communication was also pretty lacking. More
Poor communication (service department) and the issue was not completely resolved. I still have a drag near the passenger side front tire. Tried to call them a few times to schedule, but no one picks up the not completely resolved. I still have a drag near the passenger side front tire.
