If I can give a rating lower then one star I will. I contacted Bryce Boyd for a truck and told him I don't want to work a deal if there is multiple people on the truck. I ask how to hold the truck and I was told to put in a credit app in. I did what I was told. They ran my credit then told me the truck is no longer available. Now my credit got hit with no truck. Call the sale manager (David) and address my concern and I felt I got payed but he just did not care. David said he can't control what his team does and I'm just out of luck.
